Post & Beam construction with stress skin
panel enclosure. Exterior vertical walls to have 4” panels (R-15)
and roof will be 6” (R-27) panels.
Tongue and groove wood ceilings throughout.
Propane fired radiant heat throughout the main floor with programmable
settings. 1 zone forced hot water baseboard heat on top level with programmable
thermostat on the second floor.
Ceiling height 9’ except for open area above living room. See
attached detail drawing of dividing walls between units.
Walls painted with Benjamin Moore untinted single color.
All trim and doors urethaned, two coats.
